SURCHARGE

– 566 – FUEL SURCHARGE
In the event the Department of Energy (D.O.E.) national
average price per gallon of diesel fuel exceeds $1.149 per U.S. Gallon, a fuel
surcharge will be added to all freight charges.
The surcharge will be computed as follows and will apply to all freight
charges including special contract rates.

The surcharge will be adjusted each Monday based on the
D.O.E. price reported seven (7) days earlier on the previous Monday. The surcharge percentage shall increase or
decrease in accordance with the reported D.O.E. national average fuel price.
