| This guarantee applies only to shipments, which are tendered to the carrier with a written request for expedited service. This written request shall be via a written rate confirmation signed by both parties or via a telephone confirmation with a carrier representative. If the confirmation is via a telephone confirmation, the shipper's bill of lading must be clearly marked "EXPEDITED SERVICE REQUIRED" and must contain an expedited validation number issued to you by the carrier.
when expedited service is requested, the shipment will be rated utilizing the AMEE 400 ITEM 1500 rates, based on a 44,000 pound minimum shipment for expedited service. No discounts will apply to this tariff rate.
RULES REGARDING ON-TIME DELIVERY: |
1) |
Customer must clearly specify a requested delivery day and time for the shipment which cannot be less then the minimum legal running time for the specific move. The minimum running time shall be the absolute minimum running time allowable given the current hours of service requirements placed on commercial drivers as specified by FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION.

Delivery shall be deemed to be ON-TIME provided the carrier arrives at the delivery location within two hours of the specified time. |

If the carrier arrives at the specified delivery location 121 or more minutes after the specified delivery time but less than 180 minutes after the specified delivery time, the customer will be billed at 75% of the normal expedited service rate.

If the carrier arrives at the specified delivery location 181 or more minutes after the specified delivery time but less than 240 minutes after the specified delivery time, the customer will be billed at 50% of the normal expedited service rate.

If the carrier arrives at the specified delivery location 241 or more minutes after the specified delivery time but less than 300 minutes after the specified delivery time, the customer will be billed at 25% of the normal expedited service rate.

6) |
If the carrier arrives at the specified delivery location 301 or more minutes after the specified delivery time, the customer will not be charged for the shipment. FREE! |
